Terms and Conditions:

All customers must pay a monthly marketing and promotion fee of $22 to obtain access to promotions.

All customers must adhere to the rules of the exchange.

All customers must refer to the marketing and promotion email for the terms of sale.

Refund Policy:

All monthly invoices are monthly in arrears. Upon receipt of invoice the customer have 7 days to dispute any defect in the invoice. After 7 days the customer will be debited for the amount charged and there will be no refunds after 7 days of issuance of invoice.

For goods ordered by customer and confirmed in writing by the customer and goods have been dispatched there is no refund for amount charged.

Dispatch and Deliveries:

All goods paid will despatched within 3 working days if the exchange agreed to Despatch.

As per promotions, if the customer is required to collect the goods then the Exchange will not Despatch.
